Healthy Start of Central & North Florida Coalitions - The Connect Program

The Connect Program is a referral program. They provide many programs and resources. Some programs include infant safety, family planning, child development, nutrition, and more. Resources may include food, housing aid, employment, and more. This program is for pregnant women, infants, and families with young children. Eligibility is based on a screening.
