This group offers healthy start services. It is a voluntary program. The program is for parents expecting a baby or that have a newborn. This program provides support to help pregnant women and children. It helps them access services and support needed to be as healthy as possible. This group offers the Critical Financial Assistance Program. The program helps military families with grants and not loans. Help is also given in the form of grocery cards.
