This group offers the Critical Financial Assistance Program. The program helps military families with grants and not loans. Help is also given in the form of grocery cards. Orlando Union Rescue Mission provides Emergency Shelter. Men living on the street in need of safe shelter are welcomed to the Mission’s Emergency program for seven free nights. After this time a $6 dormitory fee is requested. Call for more information.

This program helps people buy their own homes. There are funds available to help you with your down payment. You must make less than 120% of the median income in the Tampa Bay area to qualify.
You do not have to be a first time home buyer. You do not have to be a current Pasco County resident. You must attend a County Homebuyer class.
Any kind of home is eligible, except for mobile or manufactured homes.
You will need to put some of your own money into the purchase of the house. This can be in the form of down payment, closing costs or other pre-paid items.
This is a 0% interest loan.
