Gainesville Community Ministry has a program to help people who need clothes. Emergency clothing for individuals and families. Please call 352-372-8162 for more information or go to website.
Gainesville Community Ministry provides emergency food. The food is for seniors, the disabled, and those with low income. You may get a 2 day supply of food once a month. You must apply in person. Monday through Thursday, 9AM to 1:00PM. A picture ID and Social Security Card, or Social Security print-out is required. Call or visit the website to learn more.
GCM can help with replacement ID's. Clients must go to Holy Trinity Episcopal. It is located at 100 NE 1st Street. You can call them at 352.372.4721 to receive a voucher to bring to GCM. Vouchers are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please call for more information or go to website.
