This program is called SHINE for short. It is a free service. The program has counselors that can help clients navigate Medicare. This will let clients make informed decisions about coverage. Kids Central, Inc.
Kids Central helps children and families. They find and train foster parents. They have a program to help relatives who are raising children. They offer support groups, case workers, legal help, and fun family activities. They also help with clothes, food, baby items, and household supplies.
Family Support Programs help children, teens, parents, caregivers, and moms-to-be. This includes help for teens learning to live on their own, home visits for new parents, and support for pregnant women in jail.
