Braille and Talking Books Library-Florida Division of Blind Services

Braille and Talking Books Library is a free service. They offer reading materials in Braille and recorded audio. It is for those who are visually impared. The equipment used for the service is loaned out to customers. This includes digital players and headphones. The books on audio are also sent out to the customer at no charge. Capital Area Community Action Agency - Low-Income Home Energy Assistance

The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) helps people pay their energy costs when they have an unpaid energy bill. The program helps low-income families. For the first half of the month, priority is given to single mothers, people 60 years or older, disabled people, and children under five years of age.
