The Supported Employment program by VR helps those with disabilities to find and maintain a job. VR offers continuing help from an employment specialist to work with your strengths, abilities, and interests. The program is for both youth and adults. CIL of the Keys is a SSA WIPA project. WIPA stands for Work Incentives Planning and Assistance Program. It helps people with disabilities get and use accurate information.
