Eating Disorder Groups- National Alliance for Eating Disorders Awareness

The Alliance provides free, weekly eating disorder groups. These groups are led by a therapist. The sessions take place both virtually and in person. Help is available for all eating disorders. Please call or visit the website for more information.

The Healthy Families Florida program is overseen by Ounce of Prevention Fund of Florida. It is a nationally accredited family support and coaching program. The program is open to expectant parents. And to parents of newborns going through stressful life situations. Parents are empowered through education and community support. TThe Healthy Start program is a home visiting program that helps through pregnancy and after the baby is born. It is free to pregnant women and infants. As well as families with children up to age 3 who are at-risk or need help with healthy child development. They focus on pregnancy and breastfeeding, and newborn care. FSYR offers a summer camp for youth ages 10-15. Kids can take part in many fun activities such as canoeing, archery and swimming. They have the chance to build teamwork and peer communication skills. They can also enjoy the tranquil outdoors. Campers will have the chance to interact with law enforcement personnel and volunteers and learn other social skills.
