Transition Youth Program

Transitional Housing - Lake Wales Care Center

Lake Wales Care Center provides Transitional Housing. This program helps people and families in need. They get an apartment that is fully furnished. It has beds and linens, living room furniture, and a TV. All facilities have a playground area for children. There is a free laundry facility on site. They also have free WiFi. Victim Services (VINE) - Department of Corrections

This program helps victims of crimes committed by Florida inmates. Through the VINE program, victims can sign up for an automatic notification service. Anyone may call the toll-free number to get an inmate's current location and release date. You may also register to learn when an inmate is released, transferred, escapes or dies.
