Pro Bono Legal Representation
Volunteer attorneys take case like bankruptcy, family law (including divorce, child support, and custody), housing (including foreclosures and landlord-tenant issues), probate, and criminal records expunction for free. You must qualify for Pro Bono services.
On the first and third Friday of the month from 12:15 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at 501 First Avenue North, Room 519, St. Petersburg, volunteer attorneys provide legal assistance with landlord/tenant, foreclosure, and other housing issues. Appointments are required.
CSF has 186 rental units. They accept housing assistance and are an equal opportunity housing provider. The properties are in Clearwater, Palm Harbor, South St. Petersburg, Port Richey, and Spring Hill, Florida. Please call for more information.
