Substance Use Services- Chrysalis Health
HSA’s Adult Outpatient Program serves adult substance abusers.
Services include:
- Counseling
- Monthly treatment plan updates

Patients must be a low to moderate drug users.

This group provides support and assistance. It also provides awareness within the community. The center serves both children and adults. The clients have autism or a related disability.
