The Senior Resource Alliance is known as SRA for short. SRA is a local resource center. The group works to make sure seniors are able to age with independence and dignity. It helps seniors access services and programs available to them. It also helps their caregivers and family members. The group also provides many direct services for the Department of Elder Affairs. ALPHA Prevention Program

This agency treats juveniles with substance abuse problems. They provide nursing care, physical and psychiatric evaluation. They also provide behavior modification and education. Clients range from 12 to 17 years of age.

BASE Camp Children's Cancer Foundation

We provide a year-round base of support for children and families who are facing the challenge of living with cancer and other life-threatening hematological illnesses. We serve not only the children who are patients, but their brothers and sisters too.

Programs include:

  • Milestone parties
  • Monthly overnight camps
  • Parent-support groups
  • Weekly events to help children pass through the toughest days of treatment
  • Weekly hospital-lunch delivery

We also provide food baskets to families in need of financial assistance.
