TThe Healthy Start program is a home visiting program that helps through pregnancy and after the baby is born. It is free to pregnant women and infants. As well as families with children up to age 3 who are at-risk or need help with healthy child development. They focus on pregnancy and breastfeeding, and newborn care. The minimum charge for a visit is between $15 and $50. All charges for services are discounted on a sliding fee scale. This is based on your household income based on the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
