This shelter offers transitional housing. It provides a path to independence for single women. The physical, emotional, and mental needs of residents are taken care of while they are in the shelter. CIL of the Keys is a SSA WIPA project. WIPA stands for Work Incentives Planning and Assistance Program. It helps people with disabilities get and use accurate information.
