Healthy Start Program - Hillsborough

This Program uses service planning and community involvement. Healthy Start provides moms, newborns and families with the tools needed to have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy birth. Women who are part of the program receive Life Points, which can be redeemed for new baby clothing, diapers and baby supplies.

You must be pregnant or have a baby under one year old to be a part of the program.
