This State program provides specialty medical care for children ages 0-21 years of age. It is for children with chronic medical conditions that may hinder normal growth and development. Appointments are made by phone. Please see the website for more information.
Services Available:
This agency grants wishes to children with life threatening illnesses. It is for children ages 2 1/2 to 17. After a child is referred, Make-A-Wish will work with the child's doctor to determine eligibility. Their vision is to grant one wish to every eligible child. This clinic offers health care for adults ages 18 - 64 with limited incomes and no health insurance. Services are provided weekdays from 9am - 2pm (no Thursdays).
