Access Florida - Food Stamps(EBT), Temporary Cash Assistance, and Medicaid

The Food Stamp Program(EBT) helps people with low income to buy healthy food. The application can be done online. Please see the website for your local service center. The application is also used for Temporary Cash Assistance, Medicaid, and all other Department of Children and Families services.

Behavioral Health Services - LifeStream

LifeStream provides Social Services through Anthony House. It is a transitional housing facility. They offer individuals and family’s housing. They also offer teaching skills that help them to become self-sufficient. Services may include:

  • Transportation assistance

Crescent Community Clinic

This clinic offers health care for adults ages 18 - 64 with limited incomes and no health insurance. Services are provided weekdays from 9am - 2pm (no Thursdays). Healthy Start Program - Healthy Start of Central & North Florida Coalitions

TThe Healthy Start program is a home visiting program that helps through pregnancy and after the baby is born. It is free to pregnant women and infants. As well as families with children up to age 3 who are at-risk or need help with healthy child development. They focus on pregnancy and breastfeeding, and newborn care.
