Healthy Start of Southwest Florida provides in-home visits for pregnant women and babies. The program arranges home visits from qualified healthcare professionals. They try to educate, evaluate, and recommend services to mothers. Please call or visit website for more information.

Programs Available:

Assurance Wireless offers free lifeline wireless phone services. You may qualify if you receive Medicaid or Food Stamps. You can also qualify based on your household income.
