Healthy Families is a home-visiting program created to assist pregnant women, newborns and families. Services must begin either prenatally or by the infant's third month. Services to the family may be offered for up to 5 years. Please call for more info.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Big Bend helps children realize their potential and build their futures. They help develop positive relationships that have a long-lasting effect on the lives of young people. The program is for children from ages 5 to 18. When a military family experiences a crisis, the American Red Cross is there to help. Wherever their military service takes them, service members can rest assured that the Red Cross will deliver notification of an emergency such as the death or serious illness of an immediate family member, as well as the good news of the birth of a service member's child or grandchild.
