Access Florida - Food Stamps(EBT), Temporary Cash Assistance, and Medicaid

The Food Stamp Program(EBT) helps people with low income to buy healthy food. The application can be done online. Please see the website for your local service center. The application is also used for Temporary Cash Assistance, Medicaid, and all other Department of Children and Families services.

Florida KidCare -HealthyKids

The state offers health insurance for children. From birth through age 18. It is free to apply. Enrollment is year-round. Each child is matched with the best fit of four Florida KidCare programs. The VBA Clinic Pharmacy Hours:
Wednesdays - 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The VBA Health Clinic Hours:
Monday through Friday - 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The Satellite Pharmacy Hours:
Wednesday and Thursday - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday - 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Medicare is a health insurance program. It is for people 65 or older. Certain people under the age of 65 may be eligible. They must meet certain eligibility requirements.
