This center runs an emergency shelter. There are minimal entry requirements. Entry can be made every day from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The beds are available on a first-come, first-served basis. This department deals with information on reportable communicable diseases. They deal with rabies, lead, bio-medical waste, and blood-borne pathogens. They provide rabies vaccines. They investigate food poisoning. They teach sexually transmitted disease (STD) and HIV/AIDS prevention. They offer AIDS patient care and case management. They have HIV testing and counseling.

We provide primary care to adults without insurance. We also provide mental health services and counseling, basic gynecologic care (STD testing and cervical cancer screening), and basic dental care (extractions). Patients can come to our clinics with or without scheduling an appointment. Locations are different for different evenings of the week.
