This group has emergency help for residential utilities. They do this through partnerships with public utilities. The group themselves does not provide the assistance. They connect those in need with the providers.

The Victim Services and Rape Crisis Center offers help to anyone who is a victim or survivor of violence. You do NOT have to report to law enforcement to receive help. Help is free and private.
