Tri-County Human Services, Inc. provides the Highlands County Outpatient Clinic. They offer adult/adolescent services.

Services provided include:

• Alcohol/Drug Education
• Family/Couples Counseling
• Group Counseling
• Individual Counseling
• Substance Abuse Assessment
• Urinalysis Drug Testing

Each client will work with their own clinical specialist. Together they will create a treatment plan tailored to the individual. This ministry gives families emotional support and help for free. They reach women dealing with an unplanned pregnancy. They help families plan for the future of their children and themselves. Turning Point is a shelter that helps people with substance abuse problems. It offers detox and support services for homeless individuals. The shelter takes in adults who are drunk and coming straight from the street. It provides a place to stay, including cold night shelter, for those who haven’t started recovery yet.
