CIL of the Keys is a SSA WIPA project. WIPA stands for Work Incentives Planning and Assistance Program. It helps people with disabilities get and use accurate information. This is a charter school that combines school and work experience for its students. 11th and 12th grade students spend part of their week working in a paid job.
