Children's Services - Peace River Center

Peace River Center offers behavioral health services for children ages 2 - 19. To qualify a child must have Medicaid and a mental health diagnosis or a suspected diagnosis. CINS/FINS -YFA - East Pasco

Families can choose to get services, except when a child is referred by the school for skipping school. The services include help with things like talking to a counselor, group activities, case management, and finding other programs for support.

Kids and families can get help from the Family Help program if a child is thinking about running away, has already run away, isn’t following the rules at home, is skipping school, or if the child is at risk of these problems.
