This Care Center has end-of-life care. They focus on the physical, social, spiritual and emotional needs of its patients. There are services for family members as well. Tri-County Human Services, Inc. provides the Highlands County Outpatient Clinic. They offer adult/adolescent services.
Services provided include:
Each client will work with their own clinical specialist. Together they will create a treatment plan tailored to the individual. Length of stays in outpatient services range from three to nine months. The services provided b Tri-County are covered by many health insurance plans. When health insurance coverage is not available, an affordable plan is worked out with each client. Call for more information.
