We Care Food Pantry - Faith Presbyterian Church
This group runs the We Care Food Pantry. The pantry supplies basic food items. The help is for individuals and families in the area that find themselves in personal distress. Wellness for Life - Lake Wales Care Center
This group offers classes that help people add health and well-being to their lives. Each week, classes focus on one of five topics: fitness, nutrition, meal planning, soul care (mental health), and first air and home hygiene. They present goals to help people apply these lessons to their lives. To join, you must live in Polk County and be below 200% of the poverty line.
