This group offers classes that help people add health and well-being to their lives. Each week, classes focus on one of five topics: fitness, nutrition, meal planning, soul care (mental health), and first air and home hygiene. They present goals to help people apply these lessons to their lives. To join, you must live in Polk County and be below 200% of the poverty line.
