Community Action Stops Abuse (CASA) was founded in 1977. It’s the official certified domestic violence center based in Pinellas County, FL., serving Marion and Pinellas Counties.
In Marion County, CASA operates the area’s 24-hour hotline and emergency shelter; Child Protective Investigative Team support; non-residential programs, such as support groups, economic empowerment, and legal advocacy; and community and corporate training.
CASA Marion has services for survivors of domestic violence. The services include a 24-hour crisis hotline, emergency shelter, outreach support programs, and prevention through education.
This provider offers support to parents, grand parents and other relatives after the death of a child. This provider has over 500 chapters in all 50 states. They offer counseling and grieving services.
