This group serves those with low vision and blindness. It works to empower people of all ages. This help is so they can remain independent, active, and productive. The group also offers support and education for families and caregivers. They are a partner agency of United Way.

This program is called PTO for short. The program is for adults with disabilities. It is a life skills development program.
