Big Brothers Big Sisters matches children with caring adult mentors. The mentor provides support to the child and child's family. Mentors can volunteer at school, tutor a child, or participate in fun activities with the child. Please see the website for more information.

APD supports persons with developmental disabilities. Their goal is to help them live, learn and work in their communities. APD provides services to help clients find jobs, funding and supported living services. Please see the website for more information.

The Citrus County Abuse Shelter Association is called CASA for short. It is a private, nonprofit. The group works to help victims and survivors of domestic violence.
