Healthy Start/Care Coordination (Pregnant Women and Small Children)

This group gives care and home visits to pregnant women and young children. Babies get checks on their growth. Moms get advice and support on parenting, breastfeeding, and nutrition. Grandparents as Parents (GAP) - Manatee Children's Services
