This program provides services to foreign-born individuals. They must be in need of immigration assistance. They program’s focus is primarily on family reunification and includes:

  • Adjustment application before the Immigration & Naturalization (I-485)
  • Affirmative Asylum Applications
  • Assistance with Consular process
  • Employment authorization under various programs
  • Family Petitions (I-130)
  • Family Reunification
  • Fiancée Visa
  • Limited court representations
  • NACARA applications
  • Naturalization applications
  • Re-entry permits
  • Removal of conditional residence
  • Special Immigrant Petitions (Juveniles)
  • Temporary Protective Status
  • VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) self petitions

Their goal is to provide services to those who are unable to get help in the private sector because of limitations. There is a nominal fee for service. Call for more information.
