Crime Victims' Services - Fla. Office of the Attorney General

This office serves as an advocate for crime victims and victims' rights. It has a compensation program for innocent victims of crime. They also notify victims of the status of any court decisions regarding their case. Injured crime victims may be eligible for financial help for medical care and mental health services. Meridian Behavioral Healthcare - Financial Assistance (Dixie & Gilchrist)

MBH strives to make treatment as affordable as possible. Treatment costs vary depending on the services that are needed. They accept insurance and set fees based on a sliding scale. Also, certain MBH locations now have self-service ACCESS FLORIDA computer kiosks in the waiting rooms. You may use one of these computers to apply for Medicaid, SNAP (Food Stamps) and other State benefits. Please call for more information.
