This group has the Family Stability Program. The program offers homeless prevention. As well as rapid rehoming services. The help is for men and women. It is also for families. They are either experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless. There is financial assistance is available for those in need. They must meet certain requirements to qualify. Clearpoint helps consumers identify the cause of their individual financial concerns. And then helps make a plan to address them. They are not a loan company and do not lend out money.
