PurposeOne:27 is a group of women who came together in 2017 to answer the call of God to respond to the foster care crisis that exists in our community. The need for more foster homes is urgent, but often overlooked. We believe that responding to the needs of the children in foster care, especially those right here in our own county, is a purpose worth acting on.
The Putnam Christian Service Center is known as PCSC for short. The center helps residents from all areas of Putnam County who are in a crisis situation. The help given is meant to help the client to avoid or overcome a crisis. Those who get help must be able to show that they can maintain their bills without further help. This group offers Queen Palm Supportive Housing. It provides housing and supportive services. Adult residents have severe and persistent mental illness. This Program has one-on-one tutoring for adults who want to learn how to read. It is also for those who want to improve their existing reading skills. Monthly training classes are scheduled for interested volunteers.

RAP House is a runaway and youth crisis program for troubled youth. It serves children between the ages of 10 and 17. Provides shelter services are provided for youth who have run away from home. They may also be homeless, having school-related problems, or be youth in crisis for any other reason and need respite care. RAP House primarily serves Pasco County. Services are available 24/7.
