Take free computer classes on everything you need to know about using a computer. Learn how to use a mouse, keyboard, search the internet, all the way to advanced Access. You need a library card to attend these classes.

The Salvation Army of Fort Walton Beach has a Food Pantry. It is open Monday through Tuesday from 10 AM to 3 PM. Help is provided through the social services office. Besides food, hygiene products and baby items are also available. Call for more information.

If you have an illness that prevents you from working, you may be able to get Social Security Disability. You may also qualify if you will be unable to work for at least a year due to illness.
