This service is made possible by a partnership between the Crisis Center and Signature Aviation. It is located on the ticketing level at Tampa International Airport. The airport booth is near the Spirit Airlines desk and the USO office. It is staffed by volunteers who help travelers in crisis. Help is available seven days a week.

- Local and long distance phone calls to locate support
- Information and referrals for needed services
- Emergency hygiene, baby, and personal care items
- Return mailing of legal items not allowed on airplanes (pocket knife for example)
- Stamps for US and Overseas
- Brochures for area attractions, maps, and bus schedules
- Access to personal resources
- Provide information about airport services and shops and restaurants in the airport
- Access to Travelers Aid International Network
- Problem solving and linkage with Crisis Center of Tampa Bay services
