This program is now under the Dept. of Family and Aging Services. It provides comprehensive healthcare for low income residents who do not qualify for other health care coverage, including Medicare and Medicaid. Case managers focus on helping the client become more self sufficient. They will assess all of the client’s needs as a whole.

care. They can also help with boarding home services and transportation
for those in need. Services also include case management, the
summer food program, aid to veterans and improvement of trauma care.
