Central Florida Haven of Hope Ministries provides a range of outreach programs to help those in need with HIV & AIDS within the community.

Services:

• Food Pantry Program
• Clothing Pantry Program
• Referral Program
• Support Group Program
• Homeless Outreach Program
• International Outreach to India
• HIV Medication Drop-off Site Medication Program

This agency reaches out to homeless living in camps (HOPE Team). It also provides health services to uninsured people in Orange County.

The Hope Team:

• Brings food and water to the camps to address basic needs and build trust
• Help with referrals to behavioral health and substance abuse treatment programs
• Helps the homeless get ID cards, birth certificates, and housing
• Provides transportation to the clinic for homeless living in the woods
• Takes information on medical, dental, and behavioral health services available through the Health Care Center for the Homeless
