Family Medicine - Community Health Centers

CHS provides comprehensive, affordable services for people and their families. It is available for all ages. They have medical care and preventative dental care. They teach about and promote health. They can screen and assess your health. They have a pharmacy, lab, and x-rays. To be seen, you must make an appointment. The cost is on a sliding scale.
