This group has the Connections Referral Program. It gives free information and referral services. The help is for people looking for mental health information and providers. Food With Care

Food With Care provides nutritious meals for people who need meals delivered to their home.

Food With Care offers over 60 different meal selections. They have menus for people on restricted diets:

  • Diabetic
  • Low Cholesterol
  • Low Sodium
  • Puree Entrees
  • Renal

Food With Care Meals are available through Medicaid Waiver, Long Term Diversions, and Medicaid Project AIDS Care.

Department of Financial Services - Florida Division of Workers' Compensation

This agency is a part of the Department of Financial Services. It oversees the Workers' Compensation program. The program handles claims for employees that are injured on the job.
