Braille and Talking Books Library-Florida Division of Blind Services

Braille and Talking Books Library is a free service. They offer reading materials in Braille and recorded audio. It is for those who are visually impared. The equipment used for the service is loaned out to customers. This includes digital players and headphones. The books on audio are also sent out to the customer at no charge. Early Steps Flagler

Early Steps is an intervention program for children who have developmental delays, disabilities, and at-risk conditions. These services are for children aged birth to 36 months. They can help your child to learn and develop so that they meet and surpass their goals. There is also help for the family of the child. There are no income requirements. Early Steps will pay for anything that is not covered by public or private insurance.

Autism Center of Excellence
