Turning Point is an intervention and detox shelter. It provides services for the homeless with substance abuse issues. This shelter accepts inebriated adults directly from the street. It provides shelter and cold night shelter services to those who have not yet begun their journey towards recovery. Staff members offer supportive services, which may include referrals to other area agencies. Many clients transition into treatment at the Mustard Seed Inn. The Mustard Seed Inn offers transitional housing for men and women. They offer recovery support services for substance abuse and mental illness. They provide case management, counseling, job support services and more. Residents may remain at the facility for up to two years as they work toward regaining their lives. This ministry reaches out to people in surrounding communities. Volunteers help with projects around the house, providing a ride to the doctor or picking up groceries. They can also help children with tutoring or sports training. Please call for more information.

Sarah's Tent is a community feeding that welcomes everyone who would like a hot meal. Sarah’s Tent is part of the Tarpon Springs community network offering meals 7 days a week to those in need. Please call for times. Sarah's Tent website

The Family Residence keeps homeless families together while they regain stability in their lives. Families live in a home-like environment and perform daily and weekly house chores. They meet with staff members to determine what their specific needs are and to create a plan of action. Clients must call 211 first in order to be admitted.
