They provide case management, counseling, job support services and more. Residents may remain at the facility for up to two years as they work toward regaining their lives. The Family Residence keeps homeless families together while they regain stability in their lives. Families live in a home-like environment and perform daily and weekly house chores. They meet with staff members to determine what their specific needs are and to create a plan of action. Clients must call 211 first in order to be admitted. This program helps victims of crimes committed by Florida inmates. Through the VINE program, victims can sign up for an automatic notification service. Anyone may call the toll-free number to get an inmate's current location and release date. You may also register to learn when an inmate is released, transferred, escapes or dies.
