Adapt Behavioral Services has treatments that build on the strengths of each person. This is done by giving support and helping with new ways to change their lives for the better. Treatment is customized to each person to best fit their needs. They have services over telehealth. You can also meet in-person. This can be at home, at school, or at their office. The Society of St. Vincent de Paul offers help to households. These clients may be in danger of becoming homeless. They also might have to choose between food or shelter. The group offers home visits and food pantries.

Tri-County Human Services, Inc.

Tri-County Human Services, Inc. is a private not-for-profit organization. They provide substance abuse, and co-occurring and mental health disorders treatment. Their services are given to residents of Polk, Hardee and Highlands Counties. The services provided by Tri-County are covered by many health insurance plans. When health insurance coverage is not available, an affordable payment plan is worked out with each client.

Christian Care Center

Christian Care Center is a not-for-profit corporation. It was founded by the membership of First Baptist Church of Leesburg, Florida. The church owns all of the property and the buildings which the CCC operates as a separate corporation. The ties between the church and the CCC are strong. Every member of the church is also a member of the CCC’s corporation, but the CCC is a distinct legal entity. They provide many services to those in need within the community. You do not have to be a member of the church to receive services.
