Children’s Home Society of Florida helps young adults live independently. Teens ages 13 to 17 in foster care and young adults who have just left the foster care system are eligible. If you are 18 or older, you must be in school and employed to be eligible. They will get you ready for adulthood. The day you turn 18, you become responsible for everything in your life, from paying rent to finding transportation, to grocery shopping.

• Educational guidance for your GED, high school diploma, or college
• Finding health care
• Finding reliable transportation
