The AFO offers an ID bracelet or pendant for persons suffering from dementia who may wander from home or the health care facility. A fee is charged to non-members to cover costs .Discount pricing for corporate members.

Hours of operation: 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
Eligibility requirements: General public, anyone in need of services.
