Provides comprehensive developmental evaluations on children from birth to age 3 who are referred by family, medical providers, or community agencies due to suspected developmental delays. Provides referrals to early intervention providers. Lead agency for distribution of Part H funds, which can pay for developmental services when parents have no other funding source.

Hours of operation: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday - Friday
Eligibility requirements: Birth to 3 year old children who have developmental delays.
