Abilities - Home Ownership Program

Offers a home ownership program for low and moderate income individuals with disabilities. Assists those individuals with the purchase and post purchase support of a home. Provides housing assistance (both rental and ownership) for persons with disabilities.

Catholic Charities - Bethany Family Apartments

Bethany Family Apartments,located in Dade City, was developed as permanent supportive housing for homeless children and families with disabilities. There are a total of 12 two-bedroom apartments. Ten (10) units are reserved for permanent housing residents; one unit is set aside for onsite residence by program management and another for supportive services and visiting agencies. Program participants are assisted in obtaining and remaining permanently housed by working through phases of the program. Intensive case management works to guide participants through the phases. Wrap around services by community partners builds the participants holistically and ensure that self-sufficiency and independent living is obtained and remains in place.

DCF - Emergency Financial Assistance for Housing Program

The Office on Homelessness now manages the Emergency Financial Assistance for Housing Program (EFAHP). If you and your family are looking for direct assistance with overdue rent/mortgage or with security deposits, you may download and print the EFAHP application and Vendor's Agreement from: EMERGENCY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR HOUSING PROGRAM (EFAHP).
