Capital Area Community Action Agency - Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)

The LIHEAP assists low-income households. They do so by meeting the costs of utility payments and crisis assistance. Please call or visit the website for more info.

  • Benefit amount is based on National Poverty Guidelines
  • Priority given to households with elderly (60 years or older), disabled (with documented proof), children (5 years or younger)
