Women's Annual Exams, Clinical Breast Exams, Birth Control, Hormone Replacement, Therapy and Management, Osteoporosis Screening, Obstetrical Services, GYN provided by North Florida OB/GYN,Well Child,Sick Child,Immunizations, Sports Physicals, Children's Medical Services Provider for Children With Special Needs
Child Vaccines: Vaccinations are FREE TO ALL CHILDREN 6 weeks thru 18 years old.
Vaccines available include: DTaP, Polio, Hepatitis B, HIB, Rotavirus, Pneumoccal (Prevnar), MMR (Measles/Mumps/Rubella), Varicella (Chicken pox), Hepatitis A, Tetanus/Diphtheria, TdaP, meningococcal (Menactra) and HPV(human pappiloma virus-Gardasil).
Adult Vaccines: Many adult vaccines are available.
Influenza vaccine is available for adult & child each fall and winter. Watch for clinic information in the newspaper and on radio and TV beginning in October.
Tuberculosis Testing: TB Testing is available daily EXCEPT THURSDAY for all ages at a fee of $21.00, with return to the clinic for reading and documentation within 48 hours to 72 hours.
